Just wanted to pop in and say the the blog is sleeping, not dead. I don’t know when i’ll be able to resub, but hopefully it will be soon and in time for those amazing skaven updates! If not, well, I will be back at some point, rest assured!

Hey all my faithfull fans. Long time no blog post. I have a seminar that is coming up and i have alot of models to paint, hence no time to blog on WAr. however, i have filtered through the images that i have taken and this is a sum up of whats happened as of late:

So i’ve been doing random stuff this week, including attending two IC seiges, burninating people on an alt when bored, and painting models. Thus, i have alot of screenshots and not enough time to post them all at one time. There will be an update, just when i feel like getting around with it….
oh, ya i’m in t4 and those IC sieges, well i have some invader and warlord gear in my bank.

So i’m having way too much fun to post much, but here is a general update.
A friend, after seeing my announncment about making a chosen, convinced me that because a tank is a tank, no matter how he or she looks, to make a dwarf ironbreaker instead. As such i gleefully started on my way to many /toast moments.
But I don’t have screens of that. what I do have screens of is me impersonating the pope, and some other jewels.
Bow to me, for i am the stinkin pope!
we had an epic lotd PQ group the other day. not only did we do every pq except quarry (stupid wer-sebek) but we knocked destruction back from the brink or warcamp pillaging victory TWICE and then destroyed thier warcamp in retaliation TWICE. It was awesome.

After the Pq run, I went to bed. when I rose the next morning, I found myself in my first T4 keep siege.
Did everyone wake up on the wrong side of the bed?
And then, well destro had 6 WB to our 1, so even though we took that keep (dark elf one in caledor…) the day progressivly got worse, although i did manage to thouroughly enjoy my first keep siege.
Although, including myself, we only had 3 healers.
Yep, thats right.
I wonder what it will taste like...
And then, well Karl got uber Roflstomped by super elite destro who order couldn’t handle during the day.
Rofl.
So ends the GRINDFEST WEEK + 3. It was major fun, and I hope to have much more during the upcoming two months of play.

So yesterday while grinding champs with a PUG in lotd I met this fellow by myself….

after a nice little chat and some tea we had an argument, and it turned bloody. i got minced right after destro took control of LOTD. Some of you may be thinking “why is he grinding in lotd when most of what he’s been doing has been pvp?”
Its a very good question. the answer is a resounding “destro loves red all around.” Apparently the past month of t3 pvp has been massive amounts of nothing as destro has been rolling out consistent double warbands and we have been rolling less than one to a full.
As can be percieved this leads to the whole of the maps being red, us being squished on the ground, and destro having all the fun. When we do get a keep (when we ninja or exploit, something some people – cough…Trito…cough – cannot mentally push them selves to do) its basically just allowing destro a free zone lock bonus, and as such, i have suspensed most pvp content till t4.
Oh, and I hit 29 last night and i’m still playing on free time untill monday night. Go me.
As i felt like i was missing out on alot of pve content that could be good for me (me being a lore expert and playing the TT game) i have decided that during the downtime when we don’t have LOTD (and i’m not in t4 with Rakathu) i will be rolling a chosen on badlands. chosen because they are badass looking, baslands because I want to support tink more than just with well wishing.

Yes, i know its been a couple days. Anyway, Rakathu is now rank 23 and rr21, and tier three is slow. i have quite a few screens to put up, but here is one last goodbye to tier 2.

So apparently the server problems from the new patch are continuing, as i got 1 level done last night between constant lag and disconnections. Stay tuned folks.

As the title says, i began my Epic journey back to rank 40 today. Upon reactivating my account i was set upon by a prompt that said i would be given ten extra days because i was away. I was quite astonished, and happy, at the same time. (i’m tired, so my grammers poor, please forgive)
Anyhoo, after waiting three hours for patches to finish, i finally got into the game. I set about creating Rakathu, and as such i thought it would be fitting to show you the fine devil.

Afterwards, i set about leveling.about an hour into the game our hero looked as such:

At the end of the night The mischevous devil had managed to take up 6 hours and 51 minutes of my time. Throughout that lengthly session many adventures were had and several friends made. here is a selection of photos from those events.

Yes. I was teleported by a friend to LoTD, where we jovailly galivanted around the dunes trying to scrounge EXP.we were set upon by destro soon after. but not before i found this(and the friend in question gave me anni gloves for my new priest):

The tension is mounting. Only one day left until I’m back and smacking things apart!
So today I picked up a 2 month game time card from the friendly local gaming store (for a discount – i’m a regular there) and here…it….is!
Huzzah!
So the plan is to, after tommorows exams, implant the code from this bad boy into my game account and…..wait while the patch loads…
/sigh
Anyway, that was the good. The bad is the aforementioned exams. I have an algebra two exam and an english exam. The english exam isn’t so stressfull on its own (considering I love english and want to be a writer) but when its after the math exam i’m most likely going to be somewhat burned out.
Considering I need to get high grades, i’m going to go study. Have a great night everyone.
